Bucharest, Romania The project consists of 370,000 sq ft of mixed-use development to be used as the centerpiece of a new residential area. This residential development along with the new town center is the nexus of a plan to create a satellite town on the outskirts of the Romanian capital. The town center integrates commercial, civic, and residential spaces into a complex designed to serve this new community. This commission was the result of an international competition.
