This project required the complete restoration of the roof, ceilings, and floors of the General Assembly. Lighting and sound systems were upgraded, old ceiling tiles were replaced with new acoustic plaster ceiling, and the existing floors were restored. A new layout for the lights had to be generated in order to coordinate with the newly added metal structure. This project was completed in a record three months time in order to be ready for the General Assembly opening date. Total construction cost — $5 million.
