“Racquets in Brooklyn”

The World Racquet Club has been searching for a new location.  Mihai Radu Architects are working with the owners to produce feasibility studies to help determine the most suitable site for the new development.  Space has been allocated for a variety of courts including tennis, padel, squash and pickleball.  Other amenities have been incorporated to improve end-user enjoyment including a gym with locker rooms and a spa, lounge space, offices, a café, and pro shops.  The Brooklyn location is 4 stories, with 2 levels of parking, 2 levels of enclosed sports program and an open-air rooftop level.
