United Health care is a 60,000 sq. ft full service medical center for the garment union UNITE. The center is located on three floors in the Chelsea, New York area, hosting a variety of medical specialties such as radiology and physical therapy. The concept of the space was to create a residential atmosphere amongst the floors and facilities to promote a friendlier setting for patients. The facility was designed to include numerous exam rooms, consultation offices, outpatient operating rooms, rehabilitation gyms, and a full radiology department. The center provides medical services for thousands of union members. The project was very successful and beloved by all the patients over the years.
